Steps to set Metadata in Joomla

Metadata is used for the SEO purpose and it contains Meta description, Meta keywords, Robots instruction and much more. You can set Metadata from Joomla admin panel for our website.
  • Login to Joomla as an administrator.
  • Here click on “System” option in menu bar.
  • Now select “Global configuration” from drop-down menu.
  • In “site” tab find “Metadata Settings” and fill up all the fields according to your need.
  • At last, click on “Save” button.
You can check metadata create or not from “View Page Source”, you can check the <meta> tag in <head> section.
