If you want to know about all the changes made in IIS server then you have to enable operation logs, you can easily check the changes in event viewer and it helps to make our task easy.

- Login to your Windows VPS.
- Click on “Start” button and then click on “Administrative tools”.
- Now search for “Event Viewer” and click on it.
- From the left side click on “Application and Service Logs” and expand it.
- Again click on “Microsoft and Windows” to expand it.
- You will find “IIS-Configuration”, you have to click on it. You can see 2 options now “Administrative” and “Operational”
- To enable “Operational” log you have to right click on it and choose “Enable Log” option.
- You have successfuly enabled operational logs on server.
